Job Descriptions

  • Actively promoting and marketing the golf club’s membership offerings to potential new members.
  • Managing members with inquiries related to their membership privileges, benefits, or renewal processes.
  • Organizing and managing golf-related events exclusively for club members.
  • Maintaining regular communication to keep them informed about club events, tournaments, promotions, and other relevant updates.
  • Assist in growing membership sale and provide value-added services in members relationship.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with club members, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
  • Maintaining and update the webpage and social media channel.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in a related field.
  • Sales and Marketing Abilities.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Knowledge of public relations and recreational programs promoting golf.

Job Descriptions

  • Performing daily operational accounting duties.
  • Managing cash transactions, reconciling daily sales, and preparing accurate financial reports or summaries as required by golf course management.
  • Maintenance of petty cash floats, recording all transactions, regular checking of balance and reimbursing when required.
  • Manage the annual membership bill run and annual renewal of credits arrangements. Record and reconcile all payments of subscriptions.
  • Assist members with inquiries related to their membership privileges, benefits, or renewal processes.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of the club’s annual budget.
  • Assist in golf events and competitions.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Computer skills.
  • Good personality, responsive and positive working attitude.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.

Job Descriptions

  • Handles Golf Registration & Golf Booking.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Handling sales transactions.
  • Attend to inquiries from members.
  • Responding promptly to all guests’ requests, enquiries and complaints.
  • Basic office administration work.
  • Assist in golf events and competitions.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or any relevant certificates.
  • Excellent customer services.
  • Good personality, responsive and positive working attitude.
  • Able to work in shifts and during weekends/Public Holidays.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
